No joke my friend found out she was having twins at 7 months after months of sonograms and check ups. It was insane. But I don’t think that is what this looks like ...

No, it just looks like the baby is reaching up to touch it’s face and you just can’t see the upper arm!

At this point, if there were two in there; you would have for sure seen two in multiple photos. They aren’t small enough at this stage to hide from the advanced ultrasound technology used today! I’m not a medical professional so I can’t guess what’s going on here but I’m sure your OB would be able to tell you what your looking at
