Itching! Help!

For about a year now I have been having itching on my vaginal lips and it is getting worse to the point if I touch it it burns. It itches so bad when I pee I can barely stand it. I have tried yeast infection treatments and it hasn't worked, I am wondering if I am allergic to something but nothing has changed in what I do down there or maybe it could be vaginal dryness. Please help if you have had something similar (I also haven't had sex in a year and a half so its not an STD)
