Happy but scared

So I did a dye test last night and saw a faint faint line so I did a digital one this morning and I got this!!! So happy and excited but so scared, do I need to take another test later to make sure I’m deffo pregnant? This is my first baby so I’m really confused and when do I need to contact my GP? Thank you x
