I got my period an entire week early. It never comes early, if anything, it’s usually late. My period came 3 weeks after the start of my last one, and was a normal period that lasted 4 days. Exactly 1 week before my period came, I swear I felt myself ovulating. I get these very specific light cramps/twinges when I ovulate, and I was extra emotional that day. So I was very shocked when my period came so early.

I know that you can spot during implantation, and at first I thought that’s what it was, but then the flow got heavier. I still have symptoms that I don’t normally get with my period. I’ve been very bloated, and my feet (and my face a little) have been very swollen. I’ve been getting headaches every day, and my lower back has been super sore for no reason. Is it possible I could be pregnant after bleeding like that? Or if not, why would my period come so early? I haven’t changed anything like meds or workouts.
