I am 4 weeks and I have been really nauseous and having mild cramping and pulling especially the right side. At work yesterday I noticed pink spotting when I wiped and it scared me so I went to the hospital I’m too early to see anything on ultrasound but the doctor did an exam and my cervix is closed. He did some blood tests and said my hcg is only at 66. I only found out Friday nov 6th that I’m pregnant so that was less than a week ago. Is there a chance my baby will be ok? I’m getting more blood drawn tomorrow to see if my numbers are increasing, if they didn’t than they suspect a miscarriage. Did anyone have spotting and lower hcg before and end up with a healthy baby?
