all the signs

I’m having ALL the signs of pregnancy (except my areolas getting dark or bigger) yet the tests are coming back negative .

this happened with my first pregnancy as well, I took tests they were all negative, ended up going to the hospital bc I was in so much pain and found out I was almost 8 weeks pregnant ....

I’m scared, idk what to do ... I’m also on birth control so IF i’m pregnant, I’m scared the pills would be hurting the baby ..

I even went to the dr and did a pee test, it was still negative yet again I’m literally showing all the signs

I would also like to point out , my period is not coming any time soon. I have my period every 3 months and I just had mine last month in Oct.
