I had a 3d ultrasound at 13 weeks for my daughter and it looked exactly like that. We thought it was a not until my next one at 16 weeks. It was just really swollen. So you never know!! :)

This was at 13w5d. The tech said 90% sure it was a boy. Hoping she was right!!
