Twins. Identical twin girl names?

So we are currently pregnant with twin girls who will be identical. We have pretty much decided that one with be Riley. We just need another R name.

I’m just going to share my opinion real quick, identical twins are always going to be grouped together. Giving them names that have separate initials may help them be more independent and see themselves as separate people. ￼

I personally don't like matchy-matchy twin names. If you really want to stick with the R, I'd choose something that sounds completely different from Riley. Maybe Reagan. It has very different sounds vs the matchy Riley and Rae type sounds

None of these names are matchy lol....like at all. People on this app hate themes and their favorite excuse is “individuality” and if naming 2 children or twins with names that have a theme, somehow makes them a group versus an individual 🥴. It’s weird. Anyway, I think Riley and Rain are super cute. 🥰

While it may seem cute and quirky to give them super matchy names try to provide them with some sort of individuality. While they will love being twins there will come parts that they hate because at the end of the day people are always gonna “hey which twin are you?” Or “omg your twins” all day everyday for the rest of their lives.
