TTC with PCOS

I was diagnosed with pcos in March and doctor started me on metformin. I switched to ovasitol instead of metformin in August. I have had a regular cycle of 35 days since April. Doctor says that i do ovulate but in March i had multiple cycsts.

I am currently on day 42 and 7 days late for my period. I have tested for pregnancy a few times since my missed period and all have been negative. I am currently experiencing watery cervical mucus and I’m having very slight cramps in my lower stomach and lower back.

Just wanting to get some more feed back.

You think i could be pregnant? Or you think my period is just late..
