Nespresso when pregnant??

You’re allowed 200mg of caffeine when pregnant but I hate coffee yet love espresso. So pregnant espresso drinkers, do you feel comfortable drinking one Nespresso capsule a day? Two?

🤷🏼‍♀️ I have a 7 year old, 3 year old and 16 month old. I’d be doomed without caffeine. The only one I quit coffee for was my first and that’s because I still had energy. This one gets and much coffee as I need to be awake for.

I’m sticking to one a day. I can’t go cold turkey from caffeine AND wine!

Do they come with 1/2 caff? I don’t drink caffeine every day because other things have caffeine like soda, tea, and chocolate. So, on days where I’m tired I do 1/2 caff pods.

Some of the capsules are 175-200 mg so I stick to one capsule per day. Make sure you look up each one as they are different levels.
