Hi! So today I had very bad left side pain so I went to the er, as I’ve had two miscarriages one at 5 weeks & second at 7 weeks

I’m currently 5+2 well turns out I just have a bad uti and since theirs no vaginal bleeding or cramping they didn’t do an ultrasound which I’m fine with but they did run my hcg

Which October 28th it was at 29

November 3rd it was at 591

Tonight it’s 14,591 which is insane to me seeing as my hcg has never gone over 7,000 so is that level normal for how far along I am ? When I miscarriages at 7 weeks it was right about 7,000 and everything with baby was fine until I lost it.

People keep joking I’m having twins could this be it ?
