Using a haaka at 36 weeks

Ladies I have consulted a doula and multiple mommies around the world. I’m 36 weeks with an over supply of milk I had this with my first kid and I lost all milk on the day of birth until 6 days later. She also wasn’t breathing when she was born and had trouble latching so in an emergency call they gave her formula which isn’t bad but I so badly wanted to breastfeed and my inability to definitely played a part in my postpartum depression. So now I decided at 35 weeks I’d start to use a haaka to pump some out for hospital day and couple of days after. I posted this on Facebook and got nothing but hate. I’ve listened to my body I know tue signs of something going wrong and nothing has. I’ve only pumped 10Ml each time. I’ve had no complications and the dr says me and the baby are perfectly healthy. I just had to get this off my chest here. You guess are a lot more accepting than Facebook and with my past issues I can’t deal with negativity. Thanks
