SAHM toddler help

I’m a stay at home mom right now. My daughter is almost 2.5. She is such a good girl for the most part. But she is ALWAYS by me. I literally can’t do anything without her being right behind me. She won’t play independently for more than 20 seconds. After that she comes to find me. I can’t get anything done because she always wants to be involved. And I definitely try to help her be involved. She helps hand me laundry or clean dishes etc and then she earns coins for her piggy bank. But sometimes I just want 5 minutes of space and I just can’t get it. She wants me to always play with her and if I say I can’t, she starts to get into trouble. So if there is ever 3 minutes of peace and quiet, it usually means Shes in the other room getting into something. If I sit for 2 minutes she’s constantly jumping on me and hanging on me. The only thing that works is screen time and I don’t want her in front of a screen all day. I feel so suffocated and overwhelmed and I don’t want to yell at her. I know she loves me and just wants to be by me. I love her so much I just need her to be a little more independent 😩 she’s an only child so that doesnt help I guess. Any tips or tricks please?!?
