Hey guys! Any moms out there who had an amniocentesis? I just had one yesterday and am extremely anxious. I was told results take about 2-3 weeks and to do bedrest for 2-3 days and not to lift anything over 10lbs for a week. All of my genetic screening came back “low risk” and my fetal echo was all clear but baby has an increased nuchal fold that they found at 20 weeks. I am now 23 weeks. Any advice or words of wisdom or anything would be greatly appreciated 💙
