How do you work on self love?
I’ve been struggling with severe depression and anxiety for years but over the past few months it’s just continued to get worse. A lot of it stems around the fact that I just feel absolutely worthless. My therapist has said I really need to work on self love and getting my confidence up about myself in every way, including my personality, my skills, and my body.
Does anyone have any suggestions for working on self love and building confidence?
