Threatened Miscarriage

Anyone else have a threatened miscarriage and everything turned out okay?! Currently almost 13 weeks (baby is happy and strong heartbeat) ... have had spotting on and off most my pregnancy.. had some pretty heavy bleeding (just one time) the morning before my last ultrasound. Other then that just spotting still. They can’t seem to see why I’m bleeding. Just told me to test and take it easy and they have scheduled another ultrasound next week to ensure all is good. Just looking for anyone who experienced something similar.
