Whole hand tattoo thoughts?

(Not stealing anyone’s tattoos I just wanted to show you all the size and everything of the type of tattoo I want ) 
I want one so bad I already have a whole sleeve but I wanted to add my hand, but I know the hand is a big step
Does anyone have a tattoo on their hand and has run into problems? For instance , lack of job opportunities, tattoo fading, pain etc,

I’ve had this tattoo for about 6+ years. Never had an issue finding a job, although when I worked at hooters I had to have it covered, but that’s about it. I’ve never gotten it touched up & it pretty much looks the same. I’d recommend just sticking with black & white if you can, color tends to fade over time quicker.

I've never really been a fan of hand tattoos, they're not for me, or at least big ones. I'd just make sure your career will except it. I know some places here won't hire when they aren't able to cover them.

I have a rose on my hand and haven't had anyone refuse to give me a job because of it. Mine is about 3 years old and hasn't faded but does need some touch ups from missed spots
