Constipation remedies?

My LO is constipated she’s 1 any remedies? Please comment below

Add a small amount (1/2 a teaspoon) of ground flax to anything.

Prune puree, increase in fruit and vegetables in their diet, pumpkin puree, I don't know how many ounces are ok but I believe it's safe to introduce plain water

Apple Juice, Prune Juice (it’ll change her poop color so don’t be worried if it seems darker than usual), Water, and a lot of Pears.

Babies and toddlers can take MiraLax. My daughter is on a daily dose due to chronic constipation 😩. You may want to talk with your pediatrician if you have to go the medication route vs just changing diet, but it’s safe for occasional or long term use.
