Please help! What flange size is best?

I was told to look at the nip before pumping. Basically start with 24mm and see if the nip touches any of the sides. If not, try it, is it painful? If painful try another size or turn your pump down. 
But when it is getting pumped it is pretty likely for your nip to fill it on the sides. So it is about comfort! 
Most women can just use the "standard" 24mm.

Honestly you have super elastic nipples like me, so measure b4 you pump. And go off of that and get pumping cushions to help so your nipples dont get pulled in so bad.

I would stick with the 27. The 24 looks kind of tight to me. Plus I was told that you don’t want it to go that far into the flange while pumping in the hospital.
