I can’t lose the weight 😩

I only lost 15 lbs after baby was delivered and all but since I was discharged from hospital I weighed 167 lbs and I’m still 167 lbs 5 months later.
I breastfed, I exercise 3-5 days a week, I switched my diet to vegetarian, I take my vitamins daily. I walk often especially that I’m at work. But not a single lb gone????
This is depressing because I want to go back to how I looked before and I want to fit my clothes again.
Why is the weight sticking on me? Any other tips on how I can lose weight?
