I’m literally so fed up I’m almost to tears. I recently had a new baby that will be 1 month tomorrow, and I have an almost 3 year old toddler. My toddler has SPD but besides that my newest struggle is nap time and bedtime. My husband took paternity leave and now that the new baby is here, my toddler refuses to sleep alone during nap time and bedtime and takes about an hour or two to fall asleep. Now nap times are rare. He NEEDS sleep Bc of his disorder. Not to mention he hardly eats Bc of it. I’m so depressed idk what to do anymore. I feel so alone.
