21 weeks a couple of days away from being 22 weeks. My breasts have been on and off leaking since 20 weeks. (this is my second pregnancy) They have been quite warm and (TW) I thought it was normal as I can't remember much about being pregnant with first as I was busy caring for my terminally ill mum.

But last night as I was cleaning myself up from leaking colostrum I noticed I have lumps in my breasts similar to when I got mastitis after giving birth to my daughter. I have a doctor's appointment next week and will talk to her about it but was just a little worried.

Should I be? Can I do anything to fix the sore lumps?

With mastitis I was told to pump and massage the lumps out but being so early on I don't want to do that incase it causes early labour. I'm at a bit of a loss on what to do here 😪
