Wipes to prevent diaper rash?

My daughter is 10 days old and already getting diaper rash. Pediatrician told us to use viva paper towels and water to prevent but it just doesn’t seem to clean as well as wipes. At night I’ve been using the target brand Unscented out of convenience. Does anyone have wipe recommendations or tips?

There’s water wipes, I’ve seen them at Walmart and Target and you can definitely get them on Amazon! They’re 99.9% made of water.

I have to use these wipes for my daughter because she’s extremely sensitive and got rashes from pampers and other brands. Sadly.

The water wipes are really good. Really expensive but they are nice. If they didn’t cost so much I would buy them just because I like them better than other words. Also try some triple paste for the diaper rash. And if it doesn’t go away it could actually be a yeast rash and you can use lotrimon athletes for cream on it

My older son was really sensitive to wipes but we have always done well with Honest Company wipes and Water Wipes. 
For diaper rash, make sure the diaper is changed as soon as you can after baby goes pee/poop, letting their bottom air dry for a few minutes can be helpful in clearing up a rash (keep them on a towel or something in case they have an accident) and apply a barrier cream to protect the skin (I use Burt's Bees diaper cream).

We use huggies natural wipes. 
Also triple paste is the diaper rash cream that worjs best if the rash is bad. It is expensive but it cleared up literal open sores on our baby in a few days.  Aquaphor is what we use when it is mild.
