Got scammed 🚨🚨 EDIT **

So I received a check from a person I thought i knew but he clearly aint what he said he is. I deposited the 1,800 check and he asked me to cash app him 1,300 & stay with 500. I was going to but It wasn't letting me send the money *God's plans* and 2 days later the bank froze my accounts and said I committed fraud because I deposited a fake check. When I explained what happened they said I got scammed and I womt go to jail but my problem is that I spent $500 and don't have any money right except for my joint account with my husband, my husband has put all the money in that account and I don't want to ask him for $500, Is there any way the bank could make me a loan ? Or I have to pay everything first? Need help ladies . I feel horrible in this situation.

EDIT : My husband is aware of everything I just dont find fair to use money he sweat working for my dumb mistake. Also I met this girl needed someone to cash her checks but she lied & thank God I didn't get to send her anything and can return most of it. I just need a way to pay back the $500
