Hi everyone! 
I am 31 years old and have been ttc for over 4 years.  I have PCOS and very irregular periods. I’ve been reading some posts from the past but I wanted to see if there were any updates with anyone. I’m on day 2 at the moment. Any information you have is very much appreciated:) thank you!

It’s a prenatal vitamin.     It doesn’t “work” it just provide the supplements that are helpful during this time

The women in this group are using medications, IUI, IVF to get pregnant.

Anything like this is just snake oil. You need a reproductive endocrinologist if you want legitimate medical treatment for infertility. Good luck to you!

Its just a prenatal. Its not going to do much other than prepare your body for pregnancy.
If youre looking for natural ways to regulate your cycles, I recommend the book it starts with the egg as it has specific recommendations for women with pcos using and not using fertility treatment to conceive.
