Is it okay to fall out of love with your baby daddy?

I just don’t feel the same anymore after all he & his family put me through. Now I feel bad because he’s so deeply in love and I’m just not feeling it anymore. So tonight I decided to take a ride with a friend and he totally spazzed on me which made me even more disgusted with him. He’s so insecure and abusive when I’m not pregnant, because I’m currently pregnant now. I know this is all over the place but can someone tell me it’s okay to fall out of love with your child father? Because I’m feeling bad about it

Yes it is. Kids don’t (or at least shouldn’t) keep an unhappy or unhealthy relationship together

How is he so In love but abusive and insecure when you’re not pregnant? I wouldn’t feel bad if he’s abusive whether it’s verbally/physically. Who wants to be with someone who just puts them down

It is ok to fall out of love, and it’s also ok to fall back in love. I’ve been through it. From my perspective this is normal and happens from time to time. You can either sit down and talk about your feelings or just be done if you want to be done. If there is something you are lacking that made you feel that way, tell him. There is always ways to find your spark back. Good luck and best wishes.

(RAW) I don’t have any children but I would say, Yes. Just don’t let build up resentment get the best of you. People deserve opportunities (yes. plural. People can’t change over night) to make changes if you communicate it to them. If you are to the point where you have so much resentment, really make sure you take the time to step back and see if your guidelines were clear to this person. Did they understand it hurts your feelings when they do X but they did it anyways? Along with that, did you give this person enough time to change an old habit? Really analyze. If you have done all of this, I still suggest sitting down with your baby daddy and/or doing counseling. It could simply be that your needs are not being communicated to in a way that is understandable to him. He could be so engaged in something else he hasn’t been listening well. He needs to know how important this is to you so make sure you communicate that. 
It could also be hard to have these conversations when you get emotional. I’m the type of person who hates fighting so I have spent most my life and youth just being the best friend/spouse I could be with nothing feeding me back. If a fight was starting I just took the blame to avoid more confrontation. Those relationships ended up sucking the life out of me but I realized I never really had any self-care. I never did what I wanted or what I needed. I only focused on others needs to make them happy. I know this balance is very difficult to achieve. 
Counseling is your best bet if you run out of options-including if a separation is a good idea! They will give you great advice. Best of luck to you!
