Spotting after sex?

Had my 3rd <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> last Thursday. So 9 days ago. Had sex today and was spotting after. AF due in 5 days. Is this normal? Do I still have a chance? After 2 mc this year my husband is terrified to have sex and “hurt” things.
