Who else has a hard time with their periods

My has been normal in Till last Oct. And then it's just been kinda wacked out. It just started to get normal again. Also I've been getting really bad cramps which I never used to get. If I did it was before I started my period. And they would hurt like hell

If you have bad cramps you need to support your circulation and detoxification channels so that things can go more smoothly. Start drinking ginger tea everyday when waking up and increase the dose on the days before your period is supposed to come. You should also start taking some liver supporting herbs, probably a liver supplement that has milk thistle, dandelion, burdock... and walk a lot.

Same but I also messed up my bc in Oct which probably caused the delayed period. I'm now off bc and the cramps I'm having are crazy. I don't remember ever having this.
