My update - I’m currently 8dp3dt and I had the WORST sinus pressure headache yesterday afternoon and night. It almost felt like a migraine. It was terrible. I have sinus issues in general, but never this terrible. Hoping it’s an early pregnancy sign 🤷🏽‍♀️.
