Teflon and non stick can scratch if you don’t use plastic or rubber utensils on them and get in your food. I have both but I never use Teflon, I use my nonstick mostly but I loooove my stainless steel pots. They’re a little more expensive but these particular ones have been in my family since I was kid and they got passed down to me and still look brand new so it’s worth the investment

Copper Chef Black Diamond pans...I LOVE them. I have so many pans but I use my same 3 copper chef pans because they’re seriously the best

I actually got the teal pioneer woman set and it’s never scratched and cooks well
