34 weeks appointment tomorrow - anything different?!

Question

Hey ladies, I’ll be 34+3 tomorrow and it’s my first appt following the every two weeks appt. Last appt was 32+3. My question is - is there anything done differently? Last appt he measured belly listened to baby’s heart and that was pretty much it. Will he check to see if baby is breech or check cervix or any thing like that? Might seem like a silly question but FTM here haven’t had any complications so far so I was just wondering what to expect - if anything. Getting antsy! Thanks for the input in advance ☺️

My weekly appointments start this week at 36 weeks. I’ll be getting the strep B swab this time but also they will start offering to check dilation at appointments for me. It’s optional though. She also said she will be able to give a more accurate assessment of position of the baby from here on out since I don’t get ultrasounds. Last she mentioned I will be giving urine samples each week to check for protein and other things.

My first cervical check was at 36. And we did a growth scan at 34 only because it was needed after high bps at 33 and as a GD follow up.

I have my 34 week appointment today. I started my every week appointments at 32 weeks because I get weekly nst and also starting last week I see my mfm every week and today I will find out if we will be doing a rcs at 37 weeks instead of 39 weeks.

I have my 34 week appointment on Wednesday (34 + 3) and from what I know it’s the same as the others. I have all the rest of my appointments scheduled, so my 36 week appointment is going to be an ultrasound, I assume to either check growth or position, and then I have a strep B swab. Then I’ll be going weekly after that and idk what they do at those 😬

I’m a FTM too and I went at 30 and 32. I think this is the same until 36. So I’m expecting heart rate, measure, poke around for baby’s head. From what I’ve read, at 36 is when they do the strep swab and start checking the cervix.

It will pretty much be the same thing the doctor will feel you’re stomach to see baby position & if you been having a lot of BH or contractions they would probably check you but that’s only if you say that you been having them or ask if they can check you ￼
