Helpp!! My belly piercing is very swollen especially on the inside!

I know I did so many things wrong but hear me out please! Ive had my belly piercing for a month now and I changed my piercing for another one.(I know I shouldn’t have) I used alcohol and hydrogen peroxide to clean my piercing because I didn’t have any saline solution. I noticed that it was starting to swell up bad so I took it out and put the original one back in which is the one in the picture. What can I do to reduce the swelling or make it go away?
