Insomnia
Anyone else have crazy insomnia?? Ever since 21 weeks, i can’t fall asleep without melatonin. And when i wake up to pee (inevitable) i can’t fall back asleep for HOURS😩
I don’t want to be super dependent on melatonin but i literally can’t fall asleep without it anymore.
