I was wondering if anyone knew why I get triggered by sounds. Last night I was removing my nail polish and the sound made me become really hot, I had trouble breathing, I had this weird feeling in my hands that I can’t really explain, and lastly my stomach was starting to become upset. Sounds aren’t the only thing that will trigger all these feelings, trying to explain these feelings triggers me too...is that weird?
