Should I worry?

I'm on the pill and for the past 3 days I've had diarrhea. On the first day it happened a lot but it started many hours after I took my pill so I wasn't worried. But the next morning I took my pill right when I woke up and 45 minutes later I had to go💩. This morning it happened again but I took my pill AFTER instead of before. So today me and my boyfriend had sex and he pulled out but too late and some cum went in me. Should I worry? Is my pill still effective?
