Cysts after stims?

Just got the call that I’ll start estrace tomorrow. Thank god I bought a giant box of pantyliners. Looks like I’m responding to lupron well.

When I went in this morning for blood work and an ultrasound, they told me blood work was good but that I looks like I have small cysts on my ovaries due to the stims medication which she hopes will keep going down. It’s clearly not that big of an issue as it’s not affecting my timeline but wondering if anyone else has this?
