Hey girl, 
I’m sorry you are experiencing that, i have similar problems. What helps me is exfoliating, waxing the hairs and also hydrating the area with cream/oil. 
This is happening because of hormonal imbalances, perhaps reflect about what you can do to treat this issue. YouTube has everything related to this issue, I was researching weeks back, found out my estrogen levels were low due to becoming vegan. 
I started taking vitamins, exfoliating everyday! Everyday! 
There’s glycolic acid that helps with acne and skin acne, my life changed! 
I had horrible thick chin hairs, many blackheads in my thighs that are still fading and yea. Drink a lot of water with lemon to detox, avoid cheese and fatty foods (that fat will be released though pimples anywhere in the body)... 
it’s just scary asf specially because every year we grow and things change constantly.

Yes!! I get them a lot! I highly recommend exfoliating the areas that get it the most. If you shave there at all, exfoliate first & then shave!

Wash with dial soap or Tbh I've had luck with the grapefruit Neutrogena. Then when I'm out of the shower and dried off I splash on witch hazel and sometimes a spot cream with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid
