Boyfriends friends

It’s a bit of long one, but...

My boyfriend is Jack, his best friend is Liam, and Liam’s girlfriend Ali ignores me completely whenever she sees me. I thought it just may be a case of her not liking small talk, I even put it down to her possibly being shy the first time we met. But we’ve hung out on numerous occasions and it’s like she literally cannot see me.

Last week it was my birthday, and we were celebrating it with my boyfriends group, because it was one of their birthdays too. She went out of her way to say hello to my boyfriend Jack, and her own boyfriend Liam wished me a happy birthday there and then, and she again just ignored me, didn’t even say hello. I’ve tried saying hello to her before and she just won’t speak to me, it’s really weird.

She’s been with her boyfriend since high school, and has been friends with Jack since kindergarten. Jack says “she just gets along with the boys” but I know she has girl friends and she knows how to say hello.

Any advice on how to deal with this? I feel uncomfortable around her and don’t want to go places where she will be because I can tell she doesn’t like me, and we’ve never even had a conversation before. I should also add, that her boyfriend (Liam) ignores me also, if I see them together shopping or on the street somewhere- but when it’s him alone, he will have a chat with me and be really nice.
