Advice for calorie deficit
I’m about 5’1 and 123lb and I’m trying to lose about 5-10 more lb post pregnancy. Apps suggest around 1200 calories and it’s so tough to feel full on that sometimes. Anyone have any low calorie recommendations to incorporate into my diet to feel full without going over the calories ? Thanks
