So I posted a couple weeks back. At my daughter's 4 month the pediatrician noticed a mild flat spot directly center back of the head.

I talked to her after, she believes more tummy time and floor time, less use of "containers" and as the baby moves on her own it will resolve. Also that its too mild for a helmet.

I have been doing all that and took my daughter to a Chiropractor to make sure there are not restrictions, so she got an adjustment (she's good, only had a couple of mild restrictions).

I could be seeing things, but her head does look a little more rounded. I am waiting to take a progress picture until like the end of the month. But just to my eye from the side it looks a touch rounder. I guess the pediatrician is right that with a little effort it will resolve itself

So just going to keep making sure there's as little pressure on the back of the head outside of being in a car seat when driving somewhere and keep with my routine for her and a chiro appointments every couple weeks or so until 6 or 9 months (we go back on the 5th since they are out Thanksgiving weekend)
