So I got treated for chylmidia and restrained from anything sexual for months
Do I have any chance of still having it

If you've been treated then no. It's considered short term after you get treatment for it. So if you've followed the directions and taken the medicines you've been prescribed and haven't been sexually active then there shouldn't be a question of if you still have it. Left untreated is when further damage happens and you can spread it.
