3 months pp and my episiotomy and other tears didn’t heal right so I got silver nitrate today and also was giving estrogen cream and lidocaine to apply daily to help heal and with pain. Anyone else? She was hopeful my vag would return to more of a normal healed state without having to redo it! But I’m waddling around like I just gave birth again due to the silver nitrate lol. I really hope this all helps, mentally ready for sex but clearly not physically yet! Any positive stories welcomed!
