Help! Is this implantation?

I am currently 5DPO. I got my positive opk in November 12th. And 3 days before my positive opk I had intense left ovary pain. And then a few days later it turned to my right ovary. On and off all day I had cramping. Mild but enough to grab my attention and feel blah. Now for the past hour I’m having pretty decent cramps where this would almost feel like the beginning a period for me. My period isn’t due until 11/27. Cramps are at the point where I would take something for them. I have a decent amount of sticky/creamy white CM. Could this be implantation? Oh and for the last few days my boobs and nipples have been very sensitive. Let me know what you guys think. Last month ended in a chemical ☹️
