Adulting is tough

I completely forgot Thanksgiving was this month and we don't have another money to make Thanksgiving dinner 😔

It's just the two of us and all we really need is a pie, ham, turkey, and some sides. When budgeting for this month I did not factor in Thanksgiving. I moved away from home 3 months ago and I'm not used to being responsible for stuff and I keep fudging things up. Sure we could always go to my in-laws for Thanksgiving dinner, but this is my our first Thanksgiving together (though we've been in a relationship for 4 years) and wanted it to be just us. Plus neither of us really feel comfortable eating infront of people and it would be a lot more than just his mom and dad
