My SO and I have been ttc for 2 years on and off. In 2012 I had an ovarian cyst that was so large it made me look pregnant the doctor had to remove my ovary when they removed the cyst. 2013 there was another cyst on the other ovary luckily they removed that and didn't have to remove my only ovary remaining. Now that I have given you my history I am on day 73 of my period cycle and counting I haven't gone this long without a period in about 15 years. Right before my last period which was July 10th I went to the bathroom and when I wiped the photo below is what I saw. I have no idea what it is but after doing some reading I knew it was nothing to be concerned with. I have taken 2 hpt and both came back negative. Anyone got any advice for me??
