How to avoid getting bigger?

My goal isn’t to gain muscle, but to get more petite and toned. What are workouts or things I can do to avoid lots of strength training, and instead become more slim?

I work out daily. I jog about a mile a day, and work on legs/arms/abs on rotating days. I am 147lbs and 5”2. My goal is to be 120 by spring.
