Bad idea?

I’m from MA and I would love to surprise my kids with a trip to Disney the day after Christmas! I wanted to start looking at hotels, ect but I still feel unsure? We will obviously be safe with masks, sanitizer and away from others. This was such a hard year for us all I would love to bring my family in a mini vacation

I wouldn’t. Traveling is really not a good a choice at this point. If you go, you need to be sure you have enough time to quarantine when you get back as well.

A lot of places are getting a bit stricter with travel and lockdown rules idk if it’s be worth it. You’re supposed to quarantine 2 weeks when you go to a new state then again when you get home. And there’s talk of another lockdown.

It’s been a hard year for everyone, that doesn’t mean it’s the time for a Disney vacation. It can wait and there are plenty of fun things to do at home and far away from people.

My mom just went with a friend and say they were great about the lines being social distanced, and having sanitizer everywhere. She had fun. I would be careful though, because FL has been talking about another lockdown and you wouldn’t want to waste money if they do. Plus you have to reserve your spot at the park so it might be full already.
