Any mamas using almond milk? I’m still pumping but my supply is dropping slowly.

I’ve been adding an ounce of two of organic grass fed whole milk but it seems to upset her stomach a little. She’ll get constipated and if i give it to her at night she’s up a lot in pain.

The doctor made a good point today; she asked what i drink. Which is almond milk. She told me since she’s used to that in my breast milk, to use that.

I’m just curious if anyone else is using almond milk and if they’ll get the same vitamins and such from whole milk.
