Dog problems

Ok so we moved to an area that isnt city limits persay. There is not a leash law but there is animal control for troubled animals.

Our neighbors have this dog that is into EVERYTHING

He gets in the trash

He steals things from the porch

Barks ALLLLLL NIGHT LONG

Has even barked at our windows before.

Idk what to do I hate to be that neighbor that always calls animal control but this dog is getting so annoying. I've even yelled and thrown stuff at the dog IN FRONT OF THE NEIGHBORS and they still wont do anything.

Update: we have talked with them they refuse to keep the dog out of our yard. If I wanted a dog in my yard I would buy or adopt a dog.

This dog is destroying our things and the owners do nothing. It is MY PROPERTY and I dont want a dog or any animal on it destroying my things and terrorizing my cat.
