Period or IB?

So I came off my pill end of august and only ovulated for the first time 13 days ago on CD80, confirmed by a positive opk.

We BD around then so have been in tww since.

On Monday I got some cramps, then a wipe of red blood, and some brown spotting for a few hours afterwards. It stopped and started again yesterday morning with some more cramps and brown spotting.

Then stopped mid morning and nothing since. No proper period.

So I did a hpt this morning and it was negative I think. Almost thought I could see the faintest of lines but it was a blue dye test so wonder if it was evap.

My question is - do you think this is a period or IB? I’m so confused. I’ve had some soreness in my boobs, which feel huge right now, but otherwise normal.

Any thoughts?
